Display pumpkin carvings on the sculptures on Halloween night.
Have a communal box of treats at the lobby for trick-or-treaters.

Host an early evening Halloween pre-drinking party so that residents can show off their outfits, socialize, have a drink and get their photo taken before heading on to the next party.
Post photos of resident’s outfits and let everyone vote on the best costume.
